Due to the intimate nature of our apparel, we offer a 14-day return window for items that remain in original, unworn condition with all hygiene seals intact. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene liners are still attached and the product tags have not been removed.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the sanitary condition of the items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 72 hours.
